CNC精密零件三維造型的總體原則

大家都知道,CNC精密零件的模膛是由鑄造工藝決策的,鑄造工藝的首要特性是自由鍛傾斜度、銜接圓弧和分模面及其田細(xì)加工工藝樣子,而現(xiàn)階段常用的CAD/CAM軟件(包含POWER-SHAPE等手機(jī)軟件)都并不是對(duì)于CNC精密零件開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)的具備鑄造工藝特點(diǎn)的常用手機(jī)軟件,因而導(dǎo)致了CNC精密零件三維造型設(shè)計(jì)的多元性,假如把鑄造工藝特點(diǎn)從CNC精密零件的三維模型上提取出來,CNC精密零件模膛的樣子就顯得十分簡(jiǎn)易了,把分離出來了加工工藝樣子的實(shí)體模型稱之為CNC精密零件的數(shù)據(jù)模型,擁有數(shù)據(jù)模型,再在它上邊加上上加工工藝特點(diǎn),就可獲得達(dá)到鑄造工藝的最后樣子。在沒有專用型CNC精密零件三維造型設(shè)計(jì)手機(jī)軟件的條件下,創(chuàng)建數(shù)據(jù)模型這一核心理念就可以把三維造型設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)章化、流程化,進(jìn)而提升設(shè)計(jì)效果。

CNC精密零件三維造型的總體原則

As is known to all, the die bore of the forging die is determined by the forging process. The main characteristics of the forging process are the forging inclination, transition fillet, parting surface and field fine process shape. However, the current general CAD/CAM software (including software such as POWER-SHAPE) is not the special software developed for the forging die with forging process characteristics, thus causing the complexity of the forging die's three-dimensional modeling. If the forging process characteristics are separated from the forging die's three-dimensional model, The shape of the forging die bore becomes very simple. The model separated from the process shape is called the conceptual model of the forging die. With the conceptual model, the final shape satisfying the forging process can be obtained by adding process characteristics to it. On the premise that there is no special forging die 3D modeling software, the concept of establishing a conceptual model can standardize and step up the 3D modeling, thus improving the design effect.
